Found a much "better" path in terms of secret collection and general routing. This new route compared to my old one prevents me from backtracking to previous locations as much and is a lot more straight forward. There was also some minor improvements here and there that definitely saved me some trouble.

The biggest downside to this route (and honestly speedrunning his map in general) is that there is a lot of RNG Garbage you have to deal with. Specifically with monster movement and all the flying enemies roaming everything. This run in particular was pretty unlucky as you can see near the end where a Vassago decided to wander down some steps and miscellaneous Ghouls flying around. If you get super unlucky there's a chance that a Ghoul will open the exit door, and any sound you make will cause the Shocktroopers trapped in the crusher area to teleport to the final room, essentially ending the run.

Specifically was aiming for a Sub 7:00 in this run which I got and I'm happy for, but based on my practice runs (with saves) Sub 6:30 and even Sub 6:20 is possible. You just need some amazing RNG, which I'm not going to grind. This is a satisfying enough run for me. I mean a 20 second improvement is nothing to scoff at. In general I found my new route to be faster overall than my old route based on my practice runs.

If you want to run this map be prepare for a lot of RNG Garbage.

I'm really mixed on this map. On one hand the concept of the map is really cool, exclusively using Legacy of Rust monsters and weapons (with a few exceptions) is a nice mapping challenge. But the map layout doesn't really support these enemies and weapons. The God damn Incinerator and its self damage was pain to deal with and the amount of Vassagos everywhere wasn't particularly fun. Though this map has grown on me a lot. You get plenty of resources and there's many ways to tackle the map.

I think the map is more enjoyable on repeat playthroughs, when you know more about the new enemies and weapons.
